Mathematical Minds Home school Math Pods
Small-group mathematics instruction designed for home school learners in grades K–5. Led by Amanda Jagentenfl, certified Math Specialist and Educator. Students participate in hands-on, engaging math experiences that build deep conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, mathematical communication, and confidence. While students learn, parents enjoy dedicated time for work, errands, or connection with other home school families.
Math Pod
- 4–8 students
- 90-minute sessions
- 2, 3, or 4 days per week
- Consistent weekly schedule
- September–June enrollment
Primary Pod
Grades K–2 Focus:
- Counting
- Addition & subtraction
- Place value
- Early geometry
- Mathematical reasoning
Intermediate Pod
Grades 3–5 Focus:
- Multiplication & division
- Fractions
- Problem solving
- Geometry
- Mathematical modeling
